Economic Development Authority
In 1979, the Farmington Hills City Council established the Economic Development Corporation (EDC), a public entity encouraging the establishment of businesses beneficial to the community. Its board members represent leaders from both business and the City.
The Farmington Hills EDC is committed to supporting new and existing industries. Backed by City government and community leaders, the EDC aims to create an environment conducive to the growth of industry while maintaining the interests of the community as a whole.
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of January, April, July and October at 8 a.m. at Farmington Hills City Hall, located at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road. Cancellations are posted on the City of Farmington Hills calendar at www.fhgov.com.
