Focus areas of the Innovation, Energy, and Environmental Sustainability Commission (IEESC) include advancing innovation in business, energy, and environmental sustainability; developing city-wide and facility-specific sustainability plans; identifying funding, partnerships, and resources; promoting programs and practices that enhance sustainability; supporting policies and services that improve efficiency and reduce costs; and educating the public to actively adopt energy-conscious and sustainable practices. The IEESC meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m. at Farmington Hills City Hall, Community Room, located at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road. Cancellations are posted on the City of Farmington Hills calendar at www.fhgov.com.
