Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is an appointed nine (9) member body established and regulated by State Statute and City Ordinance. The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council on zoning text and map amendments, planned residential development plans, and certain site plans; and approves or adopts preliminary plats, capital improvements plans, the Master Plan for future Land Use, site plans and lot splits.
Meetings are held on the second, third and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Farmington Hills City Hall, located at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road. Cancellations are posted on the City of Farmington Hills calendar at www.fhgov.com.
