Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Notice is hereby given that the City of Farmington Hills is making the draft Program Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) available for public review and comment. The CAPER covers Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) community development objectives undertaken during the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The purpose of the notice of public comment is to gain input and comment on the city’s efforts in meeting its goals and objectives described in the HUD-approved Consolidated Plan and PY2023 Annual Action Plan. The City has opened a 15-day public comment period and members of the public may provide their comments by sending an e-mail message to temmanuel@fhgov.com or by mail to the Community Development Department, City Hall, 31555 W. Eleven Mile, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336. E-mail and written comments must be received by no later than September 6, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Additionally, the City will conduct a public meeting on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.in the Community Room of City Hall, 31555 W. Eleven Mile, Farmington Hills, MI 48336. An electronic copy of the draft CAPER will be available upon publication of this notice on the city’s website (https://www.fhgov.com/departments-services/planning-and-community-development ). Anyone planning to attend the meeting who has need of special assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is asked to contact the Community Development Office at 248-871-2545 at least two (2) business days prior to the meeting, wherein necessary arrangements/accommodations will be made.
