ITEM:      Cluster Site Plan 57-4-2025

The Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider an application for a One-Family Cluster Site Plan (57-4-2025). The applicant, Eureka Development Group, is seeking a recommendation from the Planning Commission to City Council for approval of a One-Family Cluster Site Plan to develop fifty-two (52) attached units across thirteen (13) buildings with four (4) ranch units in each building in a residential site condominium within the RA-1, One Family Residential District. 

The subject property includes 79.6 acres of land located on the north side of Nine Mile Road, between Inkster Road Street and Middlebelt Road, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-25-401-001 City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan. 

Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or dmulville-friel@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
