ITEM:      Qualification of One-Family Cluster Option 1, 2025

 

The Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider an application for qualification of One-Family Cluster Option 1, 2025, received by the Planning Office on February 7, 2025, submitted by Eureka Building Co., seeking qualification of a One-Family Cluster Option for attached single-family residential dwelling units within the RA-1, One Family Residential District. 

The subject property is located at 28000 Nine Mile Road, on the north side of Nine Mile Road, between Middlebelt and Inkster Roads, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-25-401-001.

Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or eperdonik@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
