NOTICE TO FARMINGTON HILLS TAXPAYERS

Change of Assessment Notices for 2026 will be mailed to all Farmington Hills taxpayers as of February 20, 2026. Any resident who has not received their 2026 Notice by February 28, 2026, may verify their 2026 assessment on the city’s website at www.fhgov.com or by calling the Farmington Hills Assessors Office at (248) 871-2470.

The Farmington Hills Board of Review will meet to hear taxpayers’ appeals on:

Monday, March 9, 2026                     from                9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 10, 2026                   from                9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 11, 2026              from                1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Taxpayers may schedule an appointment before the Board of Review by contacting the Assessors Office before 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2026.

The tentative ratios and factors are provided by the Oakland County Equalization Department. The ratios and factors indicated the amount of increase/decrease in the 2026 assessed value of each class of property and are as follows:
