ITEM:      Application for Special Approval Plan Review 67-10-2025

The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider Application for Special Approval Plan Review 67-10-2025, dated January 22, 2026. The applicant, Brewtopia Michigan, LLC, seeks approval to construct a new fast food restaurant with drive-through within the B-3: General Business District.

The subject property is located at 27900 Orchard Lake Road; Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-11-351-013; City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any interested person may comment on the request in person at the hearing or written comments may be submitted to the Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or dmulville-friel@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application materials may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
