City of Farmington Hills Clerk’s Office Shares Absent Voter Ballot Information Ahead of 2024 Presidential Primary

Voters on the City’s Permanent Absent Voter Ballot List should have received a Presidential Primary ballot selection form in the mail. Typically, voters who are on the permanent ballot list would automatically be mailed an absent voter ballot before every election — the one exception to this is the Presidential Primary. Michigan Election Law guides the conduct of the Presidential Primary and requires voters to indicate in writing which political party ballot they wish to vote. Once the ballot selection form is completed and returned, the voter will receive the absent voter ballot for the party they requested.
