ITEM: Amend Planned Unit Development 12, 2014,
Including Revised Site Plan 60-7-2025
The City of Farmington Hills City Council shall formally consider an amendment to Planned Unit Development 12, 2014, including Site Plan 60-7-2025. The applicant, Ronald J. Sesi, is seeking a recommendation from the Planning Commission to City Council for approval to construct new fast-food restaurant with drive-through on a vacant outlot within B-4, Planned General Business District.
The subject property is located on the north side of 12 Mile, west of Orchard Lake Road, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Numbers: 22-23-10-476-067, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or dmulville-friel@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
