ITEM:      Zoning Text Amendment 1, 2026

The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider a draft zoning text amendment to amend Chapter 34, “Zoning”, Article 6, “Development Procedures,” Section 34-6.1, “Site Plan Review,” to revise, consolidate, and restate the procedures, standards, and requirements relating to the submission, review, processing, consideration, decision-making, duration of site plans in the city.

Any interested person may comment on the request in person at the scheduled meeting or written comments may be submitted to the Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or dmulville-friel@fhgov.com, prior to the public hearing. The application materials may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
